Named for its famed designer, Peter Morelli, the Morelli Arc Lamp is a historical reissue that was originally created in 1968. Peter originally named this the Arch Lamp and was among the first Italian designers to incorporate bent wood to achieve the arched arm of the lamp. Since Peter’s designs were so popular, the design was originally attributed to Harvey Guzzini, a pseudonym used to ensure that Nova’s chief designer was not recruited away by other lighting companies. The oversized Morelli Arc Lamp features walnut and weathered brass finishing with a molded acrylic shade. The dimmer switch allows the user to select the exact light output for any occasion. When used in conjunction with a smart switch, Morelli is compatible with Google Assistant and Apple Home and can be automatically turned on/off manually, by voice activation or by scheduled settings.
